Nadia Ali

Facilitator and Trainer 

Nadia has over 20 years of experience working in various settings with people from various educational, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. 

  • Her depth of experience spans program management, coalition building, leadership and workforce development, community outreach, health care reform, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and consulting. 

    She is passionate about health and racial equity. Her work has primarily centered on increasing access to care in low-income and immigrant populations, creating leadership opportunities for underrepresented minorities, and increasing awareness and dialogue around health and racial equity. 

    Nadia's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion inspired her to launch Idea Labs. The word Idea in Idea Labs is an acronym for Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity in Action and the company strives to advance these core values in the workplace through training, leadership coaching, and organizational strategy. Through Idea Labs she fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and belonging in partnership with non-profit organizations, government institutions, and small businesses. 

    In her spare time, Nadia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, being outdoors, and building community. 

    Nadia's academic background includes studies in health policy and management, public health, and Spanish. Nadia is a graduate of New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Rutgers University. Click here to learn more about Nadia.

Christina Jones,

Facilitator and Trainer 

Christina Jones is a former educator, instructional and district leader, and college professor with over 20+ years in Education, Curriculum, and Instructional Design and Leadership.

  • Her mission is to impact the lives of youth and adults, schools, businesses, organizations, and communities by reimaging and designing systems, processes, and learning experiences that are authentic, joyful, and humanizing. Christina’s passion and drive lie in empowering individuals and teams to find their unique purpose and determine their own paths to what she calls "Freedom Work". 

    Christina’s approach is simple yet powerful - reimagine, design, and develop systems, processes, and learning experiences through a humanizing perspective - honoring the individual in support of the collective work. In her work with organizations and companies, she helps to create and operationalize the visions and strategies, moving everyone toward shared success. Christina works to empower people to build their best selves, sharing their gifts for the collective good. She finds great joy in providing opportunities for individuals and teams to develop and deepen their understanding of themselves and others while working together to achieve impactful and enduring results.

Dyon Bryant

HR & Operations Consultant

Dyon (she/her) (pronounced Dee-On) is an Organizational Development Consultant/HR practitioner with over 7 years of HR experience.

  • Dyon has held progressive positions in HR ranging from FMLA Claims Specialist to HR Director. Dyon is 

    passionate about actively identifying and mitigating systemic employment issues that negatively impact individuals’ emotional, mental, and psychological well-being. Dyon centers her work on empathy, efficiency, and effectiveness. 

    In Dyon’s spare time, she enjoys creative endeavors like painting, drawing, photography, writing short stories, and teaching chess after school to elementary-aged kids around Chicago. Currently, Dyon is learning how to sew in her spare time because fashion has always been an important means of personal aesthetic and expression. 

    Dyon is a Society of Human Resources Management - Certified Professional. She earned degrees in each of her respective majors, psychology and English (Writing Intensive) from Marquette University. She currently resides in Chicago, IL. Click here to learn more about Dyon.

Sarah Rimmel

Somatic Coach and Facilitator

Sarah (she/they) is the Founder of Slow Integration Coaching and is committed to people's needs being met.

  • Slow Integration Coaching's mission: People are equipped and skilled to tend to themselves and each other and become more embodied as a pathway to powerfully navigating systemic inequities and increasing organizational retention, belonging, and access. 

    Sarah is an ICF-certified somatic coach, facilitator, intercultural development educator, queer woman, auntie, dreamer, and tea-drinker. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, and over 15 years’ experience in institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, and social justice advocacy. 

    She wrote a research report: Colorado DE&I Consulting and Coaching Collaborative Analysis and is a Founding Member of ShopBipoc, a Collaborative Platform promoting BIPOC-Owned Businesses. Through individual coaching, somatic practice groups, team coaching, and supporting staffretreats/strategic processes, Sarah supports diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) professionals, BIPOC people, and nonprofit and higher education leaders in centering their own mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing while doing the external work they are committed to.

Sydney Jackson-Clockston

Event Designer, Consultant, and Trainer

Sydney (she/her) founded Citrine Unlimited LLC in 2020 as a tool to help heart-centered and impact-driven individuals and businesses discover the limitless possibilities life has to offer.

  • Whether working with Sydney as your Leadership Development Coach, Trainer, Event Designer, or Speaker she is committed to creating a transformative experience. 

    Sydney is a Certified Master Coach, Speaker, and Event Designer. She has degrees from Colorado State University-Fort Collins, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism and a Master's in Tourism Management. Sydney has over 10 years of experience in business, the tourism industry, training, mentoring, and coaching. 

    Sydney currently works as an Entrepreneurial Training Specialist for Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute, Mentors high schoolers/ young adults as a Summit Guide with Colorado Young Leaders, and sits on the Board as Secretary for Guided by Humanity.
